standard shipping: tag2u.com offers everyday free shipping for most orders over $50.
Orders under $50 ship ground for a simple flat rate of $7.95. Purchases are shipped from our warehouse to arrive within 5-10 business days of order receipt. Please note that we are only able to ship at these rates to the 48 contiguous United States. If you would like to place an order to be delivered to Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico, please contact us to discuss shipping options. p.o. boxes & military addresses
Any orders shipping to a p.o. box or a military address will be delivered by the U.S. Postal Service via FedEx Smartpost and will require additional time for delivery. Furniture cannot be shipped to a p.o. box or military address.

free return shipping
tag2u.com is also glad to offer free return shipping for orders under $500 in merchandise value. Orders must be returned within 30 days of purchase and must be received in new condition. Returned orders can be exchanged or refunded in the original form of payment. Refunds exclude original shipping and/or handling fees. expedited shipping
Within the contiguous 48 states, we can arrange for 2nd day air delivery to most destinations. Please see the tables below for the cost of 2 day air rush shipping, and for 2 day air rush delivery times. Please note that orders must be received by tag2u.com by 12pm (noon) EST in order for the below delivery times to apply. Saturday and Sunday delivery is not available for rush deliveries. Rush delivery is not available for some items. Orders with merchandise valued at $300+ may not be eligible for 2 day air rush delivery.

tag2u.com takes great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Attention to design, materials, safety, and construction is our priority. We carefully inspect your order prior to shipment.

We encourage you to carefully inspect all items upon delivery and notify us immediately of any damage or quality concerns at 1-888-621-7680 or customerservice@tag2u.com; we will arrange for a prompt replacement.

If within 30 days you are dissatisfied for any reason, you may return your tag merchandise in new condition for a refund or credit of the purchase price of the items and any applicable sales tax. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

If you are not using the FedEx offer, simply fill out the return information on the packing slip, peel off the return address label, place the packing slip and product in the shipping box, and take it to the post office or FedEx location.

We cannot accept returns on items damaged through normal wear and tear.

We cannot accept returns on items purchased at one of our independent retailers in which case you must return the item to the retailer it was purchased from.

Our independent retailers will not accept returns of product purchased through tag2u.com.

We will gladly provide a site credit for registry gift merchandise within 90 days of your event or within 90 days of purchase, whichever date is later.

gift boxes
Add $5.00 for each gift box. Please note that some items (including all furniture items) are not able to be gift boxed.

sales tax
Current tax regulations require tag2u.com to charge sales tax in states where we have operations so tax on the merchandise total is charged for items shipped to Illinois and New York. The local sales tax of the delivery destination may also be charged.

international billing addresses
We are unable to accept international billing addresses. A U.S. billing address is required for purchasng through tag2u.com.

price adjustments
We do not offer price adjustments on sale items previously purchased at full price.
